Return & Refund Policy

At Auntie Mag, we care about the quality, safety, and freshness of every product we send to your family.

Because our products are food items, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Not damaged or tampered with

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item, we will help cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning an unopened item for another reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping
